Reeve Let is a fixed ₹20,000 placement fee, not linked to your property's rent: ₹5,000 to start (when photography and listing work begins) and ₹15,000 when the tenant gets placed. The ₹5,000 becomes non-refundable once the photography and listing have been delivered.

The rental agreement and e-stamping are included in the Reeve Let fee. Cleaning, repairs and other property preparation are not included.

Do I need to be in Bangalore for the viewings?

No. Reeve schedules and conducts the viewings, so you do not need to attend. Reeve Let can work for owners in Bangalore, elsewhere in India or overseas.

Do you handle cleaning or repairs before the property is listed?

No. Reeve Let covers tenant placement. Cleaning, repairs and other property preparation are not included in the service.

Do you cover my area in Bangalore?

What if I want Reeve to manage the property after the tenant is placed?
