Vacant Property Care starts at ₹2,000/month, with a minimum term of 6 months; Watch begins after the first six-month payment.

How often do you visit?

What happens if you find a problem?

We tell you what we found and what needs attention. If work is needed, we can coordinate the next step with your approval.

Can you arrange cleaning?

Yes. Cleaning can be arranged during a monthly visit if requested. Cleaner and material costs are billed at actuals.

How do repair approvals work?

Nothing above ₹3,000 is spent without your written approval. Vendor bills are passed through at actual cost, with no Reeve markup.

What if I decide to rent the property?

You can move from Vacant Property Care to Reeve Managed without starting the property setup again. Tenant placement inside Managed is ₹15,000 with ₹0 upfront.

Is Reeve Watch a security service?

No. This is scheduled property care and monitoring, not guarding or an alarm service, and it does not guarantee against break-in, encroachment, damage or loss.
